When your bridge is disconnected from your wifi it will either be blinking blue or red.
Note: Please give your bridge a few minutes to reconnect. A quick disconnect can happen from time to time.
There are a few reasons why your bridge would disconnect from your WiFi router. Here are a few steps to help figure it out:
We don't usually like to point the blame, but internet issues with Wi-Fi routers are usually the case for short term bridge disconnects.
If you're experiencing a bridge disconnect at the moment, see if you're having correlated connectivity issues.
iPhone: To re-pair your bridge, go to your phone's Wi-Fi settings and select with the name Notion-xxxxxxx. This should be located towards the bottom. This will connect your bridge back to your Wi-Fi and you'll be good to go.
Android: Choose the gear icon, select the bridge tab and click "Disconnected." This will bring you through the pairing process to reconnect to your wifi.
Place your bridge within 50ft of your wifi router if possible.
Restart your Bridge
To restart the bridge, grab a pin and while plugged in, hit the the reset button location on the top of the bridge. You will feel a button click down, hold that for 10 seconds. Back out of the bridge setup process and try again.
