During sensor installation, a lot of information is passed back and forth between the sensor and bridge. This helps the sensor do the right job at the right time. If the sensor is not calibrated then you might miss out on important notifications about your home.
The sensor can have issues calibrating due to a couple different problems. Try a few troubleshooting steps below to make sure you don't miss a beat.

Make sure your sensor is connected
Next, confirm that your sensor has strong connectivity to your bridge. Often simply the distance between the bridge and sensor is too far; try moving your bridge closer to the sensor.
