During set up, though rare, it's possible that your bridge isn't able to connect to your Wifi network once identified. You should see the screen below when this happens, and receive "unexpected error occurred". Here are a few steps to help solve the problem:
Please make sure you are connecting your bridge to a 2.4GHz network. The bridge in not compatible with 5GHz. It is helpful to forget additional wifi networks by visiting Settings > Wifi > Information > Forget This Network.
Green Light on Bridge
If your bridge light is green it means it has connected to your wifi, regardless of what your phone says. Please sign out of your account and sign back in. At this point you should be able to start setting sensors up.
Place your bridge within 50ft of your wifi router if possible. The closer the better.
Restart and Unplug Bridge
To restart the bridge, grab a pin and while plugged in, hit the the reset button location on the top of the bridge. You will feel a button click down, hold that for 10 seconds. Back out of the bridge setup process and try again. Then, unplug your bridge, wait 30 seconds (very important), and plug it back in. Back out of the bridge setup process and try again.
