Having trouble setting up your bridge? We’re here to help. This article will focus on bridge setup issues after Notion has found your bridge. If you’re getting a “Bridge not Found” error, please follow these tips.
Please make sure you are connecting your bridge to a 2.4GHz network. The bridge in not compatible with 5GHz.
When setting up Notion on an iOS device, it can be helpful to forget additional wifi networks by visiting Settings > Wifi > Information > Forget This Network. You will want to reset your bridge before trying again.
Place your bridge within 50ft of your wifi router if possible. The closer the better.
When setting up your bridge, the bridge should be slowly blinking blue.
If your bridge light is green it means it has connected to your wifi, regardless of what your phone says. Please sign out of your account and sign back in. At this point you should be able to start setting sensors up. If this doesn’t work reset your bridge, back out of the setup process, and try again.
Wifi Network and Password
When pairing your bridge with the WiFi, be assured to input the correct password for your network.
If you enter the incorrect password the first time around, reset your bridge and try again.
