How To Turn On Critical Alerts (For IOS Users)

What Are Critical Alerts?

On an average day, the standard push notifications from your Notion monitoring system should be enough to inform you of what's going on in your home. But I'm sure we can all think of moments where something extra would be helpful to make sure we see the really important alerts. Critical alerts will bypass notification settings that are turned off and they will still send you an alert even if your phone is set to 'Do Not Disturb.'

Am I Eligible To Receive Critical Alerts?

Critical alerts are available for Notion users with an active Notion PRO subscription. System owners and managers can turn them on in the Notion app. You will not have access to critical alerts if you are not a Notion PRO subscriber. Critical alerts also are only available to iOS users. Android users can check out "urgent alerts" here.

How Do I Enable Critical Alerts?

The Notion app will prompt you to turn on critical alerts when you set up your Notion PRO subscription. to adjust critical alerts later, in the Notion app click on "System">"Your Plan">"Critical Alerts."
