What Locations Are Eligible For Notion PRO?

Notion is an incredibly versatile system that can support a huge variety of locations. We're always amazed at the ways that people put our system to use. However, there are some limitations to our add-on service, Notion PRO.

Newly Built Homes

Our dispatching centers use several standard databases to verify home address locations. Unfortunately those databases can sometimes take extra time to update after a new home or subdivision is added. If your home is not included on one of the verification databases that we use, then we will not be able to support your Notion system with PRO. Consider checking back after a couple weeks in case our databases update to include your address later on.

Regional Limitations

Unfortunately, our dispatching centers can sometimes have difficulty verifying home addresses in New York, NY. Therefore at this time we are not currently offering Notion PRO to addresses within New York City. 

Additionally, we are unable to currently support US outlying territories including:

American Samoa
Federated States of Micronesia
Guam
Marshall Islands
Northern Marianals
Palau
Puerto Rico
Virgin Islands

Residential VS Commercial

At this time, Notion PRO is only eligible for systems installed in a residential property. If you're using Notion to monitor a commercial property like a small business or community gathering center, unfortunately you will not be able to add Notion PRO to your system.
